Nominate someone you know for the Compassionate Citizen of the Year!

The MHS Compassionate Citizen Award will be presented at a special ceremony during our Annual Meeting held on Tuesday, September 26th.  MHS's Compassionate Citizen Award will be given to someone who demonstrates and embodies our mission - "fostering a compassionate community"- as well as the values of MHS.  S/he must demonstrate these values in our community as a whole.

GUIDELINES for Submitting Nominations for the MHS Compassionate Citizen Award:

1. Nominations must be received by September 1st, 2017. Late entries will not be accepted.

2. It is preferred that nominations be submitted via email or mail (note - we must receive your nomination by Sept. 1). Email entries sent to kathyc@humanecommunity.org, mailed to the attention of Kathy Collinsworth, Monadnock Humane Society, 101 W. Swanzey Road, Swanzey, NH  03446.

3. You may nominate as many individuals as you like. Each nomination should include:

  • A narrative that should be no more than one page document or in an email.  Entries will be judged by your narrative.

  • All contact information for the nominee

  • All contact information for yourself (first/last name, phone, email).

4. Each person nominated must be a current resident of the Monadnock Region, and must have lived here for at least one year.

NOMINATIONS FOR THE MHS CCA ARE ACCEPTED FROM ANYONE IN THE COMMUNITY FOR ANYONE IN THE MONADNOCK REGION. SUBMIT YOUR NOMINATIONS TODAY!
