Meet Honey, a beautiful young albino Campbell’s dwarf hamster with a gentle personality to match her sweet name. Honey is calm, tolerant of handling, and enjoys interacting with people. One of her favorite things is taking treats from your hand and adorably stuffing them into her cheek pouches to save for later!

Like all hamsters, Honey is most active in the evening, but she’ll happily pop out to say hello during her morning cleaning and feeding routine. Although she’s small, Honey still needs a spacious habitat. She needs at least a 20-gallon enclosure with plenty of deep, soft bedding for burrowing and a properly sized exercise wheel to keep her active and healthy.

Honey would be a wonderful companion for older children, teens, or adults who are ready to learn about proper hamster care. With gentle handling and a thoughtfully designed habitat, Honey is sure to bring lots of charm and adorable moments to her new family. #petoftheweek
